I always like going to this store shelves are always stocked and staff is friendly. I recently visited the bakery shop and just picked up a small cake for a friend and didn’t want to buy a huge cake. I asked the very helpful staff in the back by the name of Ellie if she could fit Happy Birthday and my friends name on the small cake. Without a doubt she said absolutely, asked what color, and she made it fit and it looked beautiful. I know most people would have just said no because they didn’t want the hassle but thank you Ellie for stopping what you were doing to assist me and did an excellent job. I wish there were moreover people like you in the world. Jewel Osco please praise your employees that do a great job and go above and beyond.

One of the cleanest, neatest, well arranged and well appointed grocers of the cities far west of the Chicagoland area. I would estimate thier are at least 25,000 items grocery and non-grocery. The variety and quality of all items is amazing. The ambiance is off the chain if you are looking for a quiet space to shop this is the store. All the store personnel are exceptionally talented and congenially professional. You can not walk in this store without store personnel seeking to assist you voluntarily. Well deserving of a five star rating.

This has been my go-to Jewel Osco since the day i moved to Plainfield (2022). In that time I had been extremely appreciative and impressed with the consistent level of cleanliness and the friendliness knowledge of the staff. Have great collection of fruits and vegetables and have good deals most of the time to shop. Meat aisle is so much organized and get all varieties of meats all the time.

Wonderful store. I wish Jewel stores in the surrounding area were as nice as this one. Store Manager is very attentive as well as the store employees. I strongly recommend this Jewel.
